Angie and I experienced our first Tropical Storm on Tuesday. We went out and bought lots of water and canned food thinking that the power would be out for a week. Our good friends Ben and Huong let us stay at their house during the storm because they have Hurricane proof windows. It was extremely nice of them. The storm did not hit the Boynton Beach area that hard, although there has been some flooding North of here. There was a Tornado that touched down in Wellington, which is half an hour from here. It rained a lot and the wind blew hard, but all in all it was fine. Ben and Huong made us a great Gourmet meal. They are amazing cooks. Hopefully we leave Florida before a bigger storm comes through.
